The Executive
Chef Paula Sims Ballard was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana,
where she has been creating exciting culinary delights for many years. This
passion began as a little girl in her grandmother’s kitchen, learning
to prepare all the New Orleans favorites. After launching a successful
catering and personal chef business here in Atlanta, she took the
plunged to follow her dreams of owning and operating a fine dining
restaurant. Along with her talented chefs and kitchen staff, Paula
hopes to infuse a little Creole/Cajun flavor with the delectable fine
southern cuisine our guest have come to enjoy over the
years.
